Top 5 Go-To Family Dinner Ideas

Dinner. We all love to eat it but few care to make it. That's why we rely on a handful of favorite dishes to carry us through the week. Simple to prep for, easy to make, and quick to clean up after. You're welcome.

Loaded nachos (or quesadillas). We always top them with onion, corn, black beans, & avocado to start. It's a great way to use leftover protein as well!

Sheet pan salmon. There are many ways to do it but this one from Half-Baked Harvest is by far our favorite!

Mushroom pesto pasta. Use store-bought pesto (perhaps even a rotisserie chicken too) if you're in a rush. We like to load up with extra mushrooms and it's always a true crowd pleaser.

Instant pot chili. The keiki can pretty much throw this one together. We usually sub in corn & veggies for the beef but still top with bacon! And we always serve with Trader Joe's cornbread.

Breakfast for dinner is always a winner in our house. There's usually a veggie medley that's heavy on potatoes plus bacon and eggs. But the baked eggs in a bagel hole linked below are a game changer!
