Establish a simple bath routine. I loved epsom salts infused with lavender buds.

Have fun in your body. There's no better time to embrace your womanhood.

Opt outside. Go for walks and hikes (solo or with your favorite people).

Pamper yourself.  I went for monthly gel manicures!

Spend more time in and around water.  I called this my daily dose of ocean therapy.

Take more naps. Bonus if they're with a furry friend. 

Move your body. Do what feels good and do it often.
