  1. Who would love to experience the Na Pali Coast with Blue Ocean Adventures? This is an action-packed adventure tour on the open water! If you enjoy fast and bumpy rides as well as meeting wild sea animals then add this to your Kaua’i bucket list. Blue Ocean Adventure’s trips are open to folks as young as 6 years old. *Please note that this is a physically demanding outing and isn’t suitable for those with chronic back, neck, or heart conditions. Similarly, pregnant women or folks who have recently had surgery are not allowed to join due to the type of boat used.
  2. What does a trip with Blue Ocean Adventures entail and what do they provide? The morning adventure tour lasts about 4.5 hours and covers all 17 miles of the breathtaking Na Pali coastline on a zodiac raft. You will traverse under waterfalls and through sea caves at the base of Kauai’s 3,500 foot tall sea cliffs. There’s even a snorkeling stop at Nualolo Kai, an Ancient Hawaiian Fishing Village. Blue Ocean Adventures provides snorkeling gear and light refreshments. Upon booking you will receive a short list of what to bring.
  3. Where and when do the tours take place? The zodiac rafts depart from the West Side at the Kikiaola Boat Harbor. Tours take place year round, weather permitting. Morning trips check in at 7:00 a.m. and return at 12:00 p.m. March through September there are also afternoon trips that check in at 2:00 p.m. and return at 7:00 p.m. Adults are $147 each, children ages 6-12 are $110 each.   4. Why should I add this to my Kaua’i bucket list? Quite honestly, this is the number one thing I suggest all of our adventurous visitors do. Cruising and swimming along the base of beautiful Na Pali is both humbling and magical. In addition to the breathtaking scenery, you’ll likely come across dolphins, sea turtles, and plenty of incredible fish (don’t even get me started on whale season). This is an experience that you will remember for the rest of your life, as you will see a side of Kaua’i beyond your wildest imagination.
